We invite you to share our island home as our guests by the week, month or even longer. We provide all the essentials of home with a few extras you’ll need for the islands.

POLICIES
Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 6 nights is required for all Country Club Vila units.
Cleaning and Additional Fees: An additional $95 cleaning fee must be added to these rates. Air conditioning, internet access, local and nationwide telephone service, and other amenities are provided without additional fees.
Hawaii Taxes: Please add 4% general excise tax and 9.25% accommodation tax to all rates.
Reservation Policy: A $300 reservation deposit is required to reserve dates. Full payment is due 60 days before arrival.
Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and personal checks drawn on US banks. We cannot accept cash, cashier's checks, or American Express cards. Please contact us if you wish to pay by bank wire transfer.
Cancellations and Refunds: If you must cancel 61 days or more before arrival you will receive a full refund. If cancelling 60 days or less before arrival we will refund a prorated share of the rental fee if we are able to rent the condo for the time you reserved less a $100 cancellation fee.
Security Deposit: When you pay by credit card you must authorize a $300 security hold againt your card at the time of your balance payment to be applied 7 days before your stay begins. Alternatively, or with any other payment method you must provide a $300 security deposit at the time of your balance payment. The security deposit will be returned or hold released within 30 days of departure provided there are no damages beyond normal wear and tear, international long distance charges, or excessive cleaning required.
Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is 3:00 PM on your day of arrival and check-out time is 11:00 AM on your departure day. We are aware that many flights to the mainland leave late in the evening. We will accomodate early arrival or late departure when possible but cannot guarantee this until 2 weeks before arrival.
Condominium Association Rules: As a guest at Country Club Villas you are required to comply with the association rules. Click here for a condensed version of the rules.
Smoking: We maintain a smoke-free environment for the enjoyment of all guests. Smoking is not allowed inside the condo or on the lanai. Smoking is also prohibited in all common areas of the Country Club Villas complex including teh pool areas. A $250 excess cleaning fee will be assessed against the security deposit if you smoke inside the condo.
